Product : I orders flowers for £30 and they wer dead 2 days after I received them .i will never reuse this company nor would I recommend it to anyone!!! Very disappointed

Service rating : I asked for my flowers to be delivered as early as possible for our wedding anniversary.- 4.0 pm is NOT early! I was furious and my wife thought I had forgotten our anniversary. I am not impressed and will not be using this service again. If I am asked I will tell people what I think!
Product : The Flowers themselves are beautiful. Pity the same can’t be said of the service.

The follow up email after the initial incomplete order is a clever and efficient idea. However the fact that is taking more than 24h to deliver an order in the Stratford area where your store is actually located is unacceptable. That was the fact that almost made me abandon my order. You need to look into that ASAP.

Service rating : I tried Interflora and they informed me that they could not deliver on the day that I wanted as it was in Coventry, so I went on line and found Serenata and immediately saw that they could. I chose the flowers and they were delivered exactly as I wanted them to. I shall use them again.
Product : The Fairytale love flowers were beautiful and my niece loved them.

Service rating : Flowers were delivered late, despite my attempts to ensure that they weren’t. Communication with the company was appalling as i was unable to talk to anyone. The only form of communication was delayed emails.

I was very dissapointed with the roses i ordered for valentines day they looked very nice when we recived them but the buds did not open and grow within 3 days they dried out and died they were watered and fed and still did not help we buy flowers weekly from supper market and never has this problem very poor quality

The service they offered was amazing, quick delivery in time for valentines day and quality flowers for a reasonable price. Delivery was right in between the special times requested. Exceptional service, thank you.

The quality of flowers was very poor. Lasted approx 48 Hours. For a £35 bouquet i would have expected more.

The message was printed on a label randomly stuck into the card, it had clearly been done in a very rushed manner and for a romantic message was not at all what I hoped.

Service rating : I will not be buying from this company again. I contacted them to complain about the poor quality flowers, but they are not making it very easy to resolve the issue.
Product : Not as seen in the photo, mostly small roses with only a couple of decent sized ones, the courier (I presume) had bashed the box around and damaged the leaves. Very disappointing, especially as this was a valentines gift for my wife.

Thought the card could have been better.It was a bit plain and my message was typed out on a big white sticker and stuck onto card.Could have bought a much better card out of a shop for cheaper.

They failed to deliver the flowers on Valentine’s day and then made things worse by not attempting to inform me the delivery van had broken down by either text or e mail. They could have made me feel better about the experience by sending a better quality bunch of flowers the next day but did not take the opportunity.

The wording and presentation for Valentine’s Day could have been better.

Yet again - to the extent that it seems this is par for the course at Serenata Flowers - they give you a discount code which their ordering system won’t accept. When you e-mail Customer Services to complain, they send you a message from a No-Reply address and give you a 90 character URL (which isn’t highlighted, so not clickable, hence not accessible) at which there is a ’ticket’ which you never see. It wastes time and causes intense irritation, but it keeps happening.

Product : Very small bunch of flowers and the roses were very small. I felt misled by the picture on the website and the description. For £35 I expected something a lot more grand than just a small bunch of tiny roses!

Great Card slightly disappointed with the stuck on label. It cheapened the look of what was otherwise an excellent card, it was not even placed on straight.

Product : Extremely dissatisfied with quality of flowers delivered. Photo made products look good value for money but what was delivered was a bunch with only one decent flower in bunch. I could have bought better from tesco for half the price!!

Wether the photo deceived or the product was not up to scratch I don’t know but the flowers looked like a very cheap budget bouquet and as a result I will not be using sereneta again.

Service rating : I sent a complaint via email immediately after speaking to my partner on the phone after she had received them. The complaint was sent even before the confirmation delivery email came through. I have still to hear from Serenata above my complaint 4 days later!
Product : The leaves had bite marks all over possibly from a caterpiller.
The roses stems were covered in mud and dirt.
The roses were very poor and small.
The overall appearance was they looked like they had been sat for a week, not fresh.

Asked for flowers to be delivered prior to 14:00 due to partner working in office, actual delivery time after 18:00 when partner had left for the day. Diaappointed her Valentine Day. Delivery instructions clearly given when the order placed several days before and on the delivered flowers.

It never arrived. I’ve left 4 emails and no reply. On my order it said left with partner but I know this isn’t true- the address was certainly correct because I’ve had this company deliver there before (it is a saved address).

Delivery was as stated the update messages were very good. The delivery was free which was brilliant given it was valentines day. Beautifully presented.

My daughter had bought some flowere for her home for less that £6 and they are flourishing NOT HAPPY would not reccommend you. In all you ruined Valentines day for my partner and embarrassed me

Nice easy to use website & quality flowers

In all honesty the cards are the biggest let down. The message is merely printed on a sticker and placed in the card. The bottom of the text was cut off and it generally looks like no though has been put in its presentation. This is a shame becuase otherwise Serenata gets the rest of the service down well.
