I tried to modify my order 15 mins after I placed it and there was no way to get this done even after I used your amendment forms etc I was emailed hours later (still way before the order had even started to be assembled) and was told the order can’t be amended as they have already started the job!!

Service rating : shocking service, nothing like the image, 100% poor service
Product : complete joke, received the flowers in a small box, the folwers were all crushed and damaged in the tight box, flowers were a complete rip off for what you recieved, flowers were completely different to image shown, stay away from these

I ordered for flowers on 11th February and they are supposed to deliver them on 12th(the next day). But until now I haven’t received them. When I contacted them they keep on repeating that "flowers have been delivered " but no information to whom or where. I haven’t seen such a unprofessionalism anywhere else. A total disappointment for me.

Web site didn’t say that flowers would come boxed up. Specicific flower companies normally deliver as flowers not as boxes. Card was more of an advert than a card so looked cheap. Service was rubbish by giving automated replays to emails, even when I replied again I got the same auto response, tells you to call if urgent them line says to email, shocking service and took away the surprise as I had to call recipient to check!

Service rating : I ordered ( and paid extra) for my flowers to be delivered on time. Didn’t get delivered until 3.30 pm. Ruined the whole point.
Product : They looked pathetic to what they looked like online. The flowers were damaged. It looked like most of them were missing. Never again will I use your service b

Product : The blooms were much appreci by Susan and after five days still continue to be in full flower and fresh. We will probably try to freshen them in a couple of days. Excellent value for money

Service rating : The flowers were delivered late morning and I was able to track that they were with the courier, so I was pleased they did not arrive later in the day.
Product : They arrived looking healtly and with good instructions on how to look after them. I have had the flower 6 days and they still look good, with no petal or leaf fall.

Serenata provide the most reliable delivery service where you can order last minute knowing for sure the flowers will arrive on time - particularly useful when sharing a bank account with the recipient of the flowers (my wife!) who would know I had placed an order if ordered any earlier than the day before.

Service rating : Flowers were due to arrive on the 14th of February,as of today 18/02 in the AM they haven’t arrived. According to the website they have been "out for delivery" since the 14th of February. You have charged my money but they flowers haven’t turned out or haven’t turned out on time as required. Can I have my money back, please.

Flowers were ordered for my late wife as it would have been our 50th wedding anniversary on the 19/1/2012. Due to an error at Serenata they were not delivered as requested on the 19th and scheduled for delivery on the 22nd.

Her in doors loved it all.

Have used this company on 3 occasions now and have to say that the service is fantastic. You are kept informed every step of the way.

Everything looks great. However I am disgusted because of showing "Delivery Instructions" to recipient. Shouldn’t be hide?

I was sent flowers myself for my 70 birthday and they were absolutley beautiful so recentley when my sister in law was very depressed I knew what to send to cheer her up and they did the trick. Thank you I will always use serenata in future to send flowers and gifts.

Service rating : Advertises a 24 hour help line which no longer exists and you are referred to the website which obviously doesn’t have 24 hour coverage or my order ammendment would have been dealt with before my flowers were dispatched and I wouldn’t have lost my money
