Service rating : The order was placed 4 days prior to when they were needed. The flowers arrived 24 hours too late - they were for a special occasion and my company was let down badly
I received a tracking message to say that the flowers were with the courier at 9.46 Monday morning (22 April) and would be with my company that afternoon they did not arrive until Tues 23 April, at about midday
I have requested a refund
Product : it was poor because it was obviously held up by the courier overnight, so looked a bit withered and tired - the flowers were put into the bin

WE are pleased that they took the notice down from the dorr after leaving the flowers thank you very much

I sent Mothers Day flowers to my Mum and she told me they were absolutely beautiful, so thank you! (I didn’t get to see them myself as we live abroad.) Also the delivery service was v efficient and they arrived before she went out for her M. Day lunch!

I was very disappointed with the flowers I ordered as a surprise for mothers day present for my mum. I went to see the flowers and considering the price of £39.99 I was expecting a really spectacular bouquet the description was large amount of pink roses and lilies, the roses died quickly and the lilies did not all come out in bloom before the roses died. I will not be ordering again and I expect a refund for the monies paid as the quality of the flowers was disgusting.

I didnt see the flowers as they were for my Mum on Mothers day but she advised that they were lovely and they were delivered exactly when stated. Will use again.

Product : Absolutely disappointed and feel cheated. The flowers delivered were nothing like what was described and shown on the website. There was maybe 2-3 flowers and the rest green leaves. There was nothing Pink about the gift bag. I hope my feedback is taken on board and some gesture is shown to give me confidence that this was an isolated issue, if not, i don’t believe i would use the site again,

Service rating : Very poor quality bouquet delivered. But worse of all was the customer service after. They accepted no responsibility or accountability for the poor product & offered no refund or redelivery of an up to scratch product. Then did not respond to any further emails :-(

I ordered flowers and handmade truffles for mothers day. The flowers arrive but not the truffles. It has taken 3 emails to your company to get the money refunded. Appalling customer service.

I was surprised that the only way I could add a message the the bouquet was to purchase a card costing several pounds. I remember now, that I did NOT check the box to include a card with the flowers and it was only after I had gone through the payment stage that I realised that somehow the system had ignored my choice and added the charge for a card anyway. In the end I was in a hurry and just accepted it - going back into the system and adding a message to the blank space because, of course, I wasn’t intending to purchase the card in the first place. If I’m honest, I only used your website because John Lewis, who I usually use, were unable to deliver in time. However, because of the card/message issue, I probably would go back to using their service where there is no charge for including a message and their range is better.

Service rating : I ordered the flowers for my friend’s 50th on Sunday on the 27th of Jan to be delivered on the 28th. Unfortundately the courier did not manage to deliver the flowers tha tday and my friend did not actually receive them until the Wednesday - two days after her birthday. I contacted the Serenata Flowers who took no responsibility for the poor service. I received no recomplense and I’m afraid I would not use their services again! A very unhappy customer.

Product : The flowers and arrangement were excellent and very much appreciated by my niece. One suggestion would be that when delivering to Hospitals, please ensure that facilities are available for delivery direct to the ward. This delivery was kept in the Post Room for 24 hours, and only because of my insistence was any action taken to find out where delivery was made and who had signed for them.
