Service rating : To get free delivery my brother and his wife had to wait 5 days after his anniversary day to get the flowers! But the ease of ordering was good (ordered on Thursday 2/5/13 and were delivered Tuesday 7/5/13)
Product : I did not see the flowers but they loved them so I am happy with that.

Service rating : After I had problems paying on line I managed to pay twice for my order. When I saw the double payment on my credit card statement I contacted Lily at Serentaflowers and with a few hours it had all been sorted out and I was refunded the second payment. My order arrived on time and was very well received.
Product : The flowers were ordered for my sisters wedding anniversary. She was delighted with the flowers and found the Amazonia display very vibrant, unusual and exotic. They arrived on the day stated and were left as instructed. I have used serentaflowers before and WILL use them again.
