Being from the old school i wish i could have spoken to someone, otherwise excellent

Excellent service but I had to wait around and leave late for the school run to collect my order. An otherwise excellent transaction.

Service rating : Delivered on time as promised, nice and early so as not to miss my wife when she goes out on the school run. Cheerful employee really made the effort. Would be happy to use again.
Product : Beautiful red roses very nicely arranged and packed. Thank you very much.

Service rating : Bit dissapointed that the day before the flowers were being deliverd they would not allow a change to the delivery address. Due to extreme weather conditions the school my mam works at was closed and i advised the company of this and asked them to change to her home address but they said they had already advised the courier....surely a call to them to save a wasted journey would have been acceptable given the recent adverse weather. Other than that I have to say the company were fine and responded to my query within minutes.

Product : Fantastic, the recipient rang me very excited as they were so unusual, they were delivered to a school and apparently the whole school was quite taken a back by these blue unusual flowers. Thank you very much for make someone special to mr feel special.

Service rating : flowers didn't arrive till half 3 in the afternoon and were left with neighbour as wife on school run. was hoping for a morning delivery and some one handing them to her, having to get flowers from the dodgy neighbours upstairs kind of took the romance out of it!
Product : red roses looked a little dry on arrival but after a day in lots of water they are lovely
