I would like to say how impressed I am with your service. Your website, communication and product are all of the highest quality.
Thank you for helping to make someone's day!
Q: Will my flowers stay fresh in the post?
A: Absolutely! We box your flowers them at the very last minute, so they're seldom in the dark for long. The stems are carefully packaged in a soothing, eco-friendly hydrogel that keeps the flowers fresh and hydrated, and our sturdy recycled cardboard packaging is specially designed to let in fresh air while keeping your precious cargo protected.
Q: How long does it take to send flowers by post?
A: It depends when you place your order. We have an 4pm cut-off time for postal next-day delivery, and 8pm for courier - and if you order in time, we promise to have them delivered by 6pm the following day. You can also specify a timed delivery (morning, evening, skipping the school run) or choose from our range of same-day delivery flowers (but you'll need to be quick, cut-off time is 2p.m.)
Q: Do you post first class?
A: Of course - we wouldn't dream of leaving your floral beauties unadmired for a minute longer than necessary.
A wonderful way of displaying flowers when they no longer look good in your vase is to cut off individual flower heads and float them in a low-rimmed container of water. For a lovely dinner party centrepiece, you could add some floating candles as well.
Get more petal for your pound with these great value flowers... they’re thrifty but nifty, tight, not tight-fisted; cheap, but so much more than cheerful.
