- Do you offer a FREE flower delivery service?
Yes we do - even if you want your flowers delivered tomorrow! Our next-day delivery service for flowers delivered in the UK is first class and it's free. If you're after timed flower deliveries, same-day flower deliveries or want flowers delivered internationally, there is a small delivery surcharge:
Same-day and funeral flowers: £6.99
International flowers: from £4.99 (varies by country)
AM flower delivery: £4.99
PM flower delivery: £4.99
Evening flower delivery: £9.99
Avoid school-run: £4.99
- Can you deliver flowers in the morning, afternoon or evening?
We can deliver flowers at any timed delivery slot you prefer. For a small £4.99 surcharge, you can choose for your flowers to be delivered in a morning slot or an afternoon slot. We even offer flower delivery options for evening delivery (after 5pm) or avoiding the school run (after 10am).
- How do I track my flower delivery?
We like to keep you up to speed on your flower delivery at all stages, so we send you a short email to confirm we've received your order, once the flowers have left our floral HQ and are heading to the lucky recipient, and a final email confirming they've been delivered. When you order your flowers, you can also choose to receive these delivery updates by text. A third option to keep track of your flower delivery is to track your order on our website - just click the link in the header on our home page, and we'll walk you through the process.
- Can I have flowers delivered on the weekend?
Flowers delivered on Saturday are no problem for us - and, as always, standard delivery is free. As for Sunday flower deliveries, if the Sunday in question is Mother's Day, we most definitely deliver. We spend all our other Sundays making sure the rest of the week runs likes clockwork, so please forgive us for not offering a regular Sunday delivery service at present. Rest assured, we're working on it!
- Do you deliver flowers direct to someone's home?
Yes! The lucky recipient can expect a friendly knock on the door or ring of the buzzer. During the flower ordering process, you can also leave specific delivery instructions... for example, asking us to ring often if the recipient is hard of hearing, or to give them a little extra time to get to the door.
- Can flowers be delivered to a hospital?
Unfortunately, many hospitals refuse to accept deliveries of fresh flowers. But don't despair! We've plenty of other gifts to choose from for delivery to a hospital - such as our yummy hampers.
Do be aware that deliveries to hospitals are often tricky as patients move from ward to ward, are discharged, or make a break for freedom in their barefeet and gowns. Fortunately, many of these problems can be resolved by ensuring that we've got accurate and up-to-date information about the ward that the recipient is in.
It's particularly important that you provide the full name of the recipient too, as there may be several patients with the same name. - Can I send flowers to someone's office or workplace?
For flowers delivered to a business address, we suggest choosing a timed delivery to make sure that your order is delivered during office hours. This is very important as our standard deliveries are made between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., when some offices may be closed.
- Can I order flowers for delivery today?
What's the time? If it's before 2 p.m., you can most certainly order flowers for delivery today. Have a squizz through our special range of same-day delivery flowers, designed by us and crafted by our carefully vetted partner florists across the UK who will hand deliver the bouquet to your chosen recipient.
- Do you deliver flowers internationally?
We do! You'll find options for international flower delivery in the dropdown menu at the top right of our home page. Simply select the country you'd like to send flowers to abroad, and voila... easy as that.
- I don't know the full address or postcode of the person I wish to send flowers to, can you help?
Of course we can help. Flower delivery is our game, and we've created a special postcode look-up tool to make sending flowers anywhere in the world that much easier for you. You'll find the tool at checkout, and it's astoundingly simple to use.
