Flowers for a Man
One of the hardest things to do is give flowers to a man. Men are wired differently and do not love and cherish the gift of flowers as women do. It’s not a negative thing but that’s just how they work. Men are more conscious of their “manly” image and buying flowers for them may make them feel awkward – never do it in front of his friends.
Unless the person who will receive your gift is quite literally a stereotypical male (rare), in which case you don’t buy them flowers, giving flowers to a man should be carefully done. When the flowers come from a personal relation though, men seem to readily accept flowers.
When giving flowers to a man as a gift, it is a good idea that you bundle it with another gift; some electronic gadget perhaps. They will readily accept the flowers and the gift as well. If the man is a coworker, try giving him flowers when an opportunity such as a promotion arises. If you are a family member, a man will readily accept the gift – a real bonus.
In short, it is not impossible to give a man flowers. All you have to do is know when to give and how to give them the flowers. In some cases, the flowers you buy should be given to him indirectly. Regardless of the type of man or the relation between you and him, buying a man flowers is not an out of this world gesture – it is possible.
A cool room is better for prolonging the life of cut flowers; but too cool a room may prevent scented flowers giving off their full perfume.
Jaunty and dapper as a handsome fella in braces and fedora, these angular arrangements take their cue from gentlemanly aesthetics with strong lines, classic cuts and confident colours.
