Love the email info on the progress of my order, especially that the flowers have been delivered to the recipient. Really helps give me peace of mind from 5,000 miles away. Service rating : Was delivering flowers to my fiancee who is a teacher, and the flowers arrived quite late in the day for a teacher still to be at the school, though still within the indicated time. Not Serenata's fault at all but perhaps the courier could think more about deliveries to companies, schools (as opposed to private addresses) and consider the best timing for someone to be there. Still very very satisfied overall, will definitely order again especially if there are more flash sales - this is a very effective way to get me to order outside of special occasions.
