Service rating : I have used Serenata flowers on several occasions and have always been happy with the fact they are a simple and buyer friendly site.
Product : I understand that the flowers delivered aren't going to be exactly the same as the picture on-line but I do believe they should be close! The gerbera's where lovely but to much greenery was used to fill in and when it states there is going to be "X" amount of a certain flower then that's what should be in the bouquet, not less!!

Product : Easy to arrange but flower arrangement small much smaller than expected for deluxe only 3 gerbera few freesia and chrysanthemum poor value for money

Product : Fantastic flowers . My wife loved them. Unfortunately the Gerberas did not last too long. Are there any tips that could have been supplied to ensure they lasted longer?

Service rating : Have used before and have been delighted, not so good this time therefore not "excellent" this time
Product : Have had this selection before and was delighted but this time the gerberas were all broken in half hence very short stems so had to put them in a small vase on their own.

Service rating : For a company with no telephone Serenata is brilliant at communication!
Product : Sadly the Gerbera didn't last and they faded before the gorgeous lillies had opened so there was a drab day or two. Once the fabulous lillies opened we were all very pleased with the bouquet!

Service rating : Flowers as described and very fresh, so should last a long time. Went for the upgrade to the larger size and pleased I did. Love the Gerberas
