For what was offered on the website. Looked like value for money. What turned up wasn't. Just because its valentines day doesn't mean you should cut back on quality of flowers.

Service rating : This is my 2nd order with Serenata and it must be the most trouble free ordering site around absolutely fantastic
Product : My Daughter was so thrilled with her flowers they were just a Mum to Daughter gift no special occasion & she said the bouquet was beautiful not just because it was unexpected but that the flowers were amazing.

Service rating : had to wait an extra day for the flowers to be delivered just because the address was not registered on there system.
Product : she loved them worked like a charm!!!!

Service rating : good delivery but poor customer service, just because you state it may take a week to respond doen't make that acceptable.
Product : Well packed but not excellent as one rose was damaged

Service rating : Very good, I said before noon and it got delivered before noon!
Product : Nice, looked a bit dead when they were received but thats just because they needed water! Found a bug also a few days later, but thats expected. All round they are good! Could do with better deals though.

Service rating : I spoke to my mum (the recipient) yesterday (19th) and she said that the flowers were looking as beautiful as day one - especially the roses. She is very very impressed at how well they have lasted and the quality of the bouquet overall. I am over the moon as flowers can often last such a short time if they are of poor quality. A HUGE thankyou. And it goes without saying that I will be using Serenata again. Many thanks.
Product : Mum always has fresh flowers in the house - whether from the garden or bought - and was very very impressed with the quality and longevity of the blooms in this bouquet. She said yesterday that the roses still looked fabulous. For a less expensive bouquet, I am very impressed that it has lasted and obviously looked classy too. Just because you don't spend £50+ with Serenata doesn't mean you get rubbish. I love the company and use them for all the flowers I send. Much appreciated for all you do.
