Prolonging the life of your cut flowers begins the moment they're entrusted to your care. First off, make sure your vase is very clean and filled with fresh, lukewarm water mixed with flower nutrients. Next, strip off all leaves that will be below the water level of the vase and cut 2cm off all stems at a slight angle. Place the flowers in the vase, away from direct sunlight, radiators, draughts and fruit. Over the following days, be sure to remove any faded flowers and top up the water regularly.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that my friend has phoned in absolute raptures over the `Bouquet with Blankie Bear` which I recently ordered for her and her new baby. She says they are fabulous, and I wanted to thank you for your swift attention at this very busy time of year. Thanks also for making the bouquet a pink one, as I had hoped to request this at the checkout stage but there wasn`t the option. It was great that you noticed and did it anyway. I certainly won`t hesitate to purchase flowers from you again. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Fiona
