Very pleased

When ordering on line, two posys kept appearing instead of only one. I had to ring Serenata to get this changed which was annoying. Also I changed my mind about having a balloon but could not alter it on site.

I was really impressed. I had to change my delivery address on the morning that they were to be delivered. Their is no number to call so I just had to email . No one got back to me so I thought that it was to late and I would just have go and pick up the flowers myself but I got a call from my mum thanking me for the flowers, they had been deliverd to the changed addresss. I do think I should have been contacted to let me know what was happening with my order but none the less I was still very impressed with the fact the order was shipped to the changed address so last minute. My mum has been really ill lately and they where a little pick me up that she needed. Thank you!!

Service rating : Delivery charge to have flowers delivered before 10am was pretty steep - they arrived at 09.57 so only just arrived in time.
Product : One stem of chrysanthamums had been damaged and heads had come off.

Service rating : I use Serenata for all my flowers,usually I would put excellent but this time a small niggle. Deliveryman just rang bell and left flowers on doorstep. In the minute it took my daughter ro answer the door he was back in the van ready to drive off.

The flowers arrived at the Nursing Home for my Aunty quickly in a large Box. She was thrilled to receive them, they were in bud when they came and within a few days blossomed out into beautiful flowers ,which she tells me lasted for ages . They definately cheared up her day. I will not be able to use this service to send flowers to any person who is at work due to the lateness of the delivery. PLUS the person who was receiving them was just about to go out to celebrate so nearly missed the deli. So I may end up using other suppliers due to the times
