Chose serenata flowers to send to my sister in law after receiving a bouquet from my daughter the flowers lasted 3 weeks and the display beautiful. My daughter had organised the flowers on the Internet from Australia and they arrived on time
Didn't like the fact that I got a txt at 11.30 stating the flowers had left the shop only to receive another at 5.45 to say they had been delivered ??

I have used Serenata a few times for services within the uk. I have always found their service excellent.
Unfortunately in August I had bought flowers to be dispatched in Canada The recipient was upset that she had to throw away the Gyp due to it being dead and that the oasis holding the rest of the flowers was dry as a bone. Yhe flowers were also delivered a day later than specified, I was not impressed.
It was good to know that the flowers arrived by text. thank you.
