Dear serenata flowers, This was the third time I have ordered with you from Australia, and I am absolutely delighted with your service. The first two deliveries were recieved with delight, the third was due for delievry to my mother in hospital. She had a throat infection so they decided not to go ahead with the surgery..but the flowers were on there way as I had wanted them to great her! One phone call to Shauna at serenata, which was professionaly and helpfully answered, and the flowers were not wasted but diverted to my Mothers home address.
