Service rating : I ordered on a Friday evening and was unsure whether they would be able to deliver on the Saturday morning but they did!!!
Product : I did not see the flowers but they were a birthday present for my sister who rang to say they were really lovely and she was thoroughly pleased with them.

Service rating : Very good and quick service. Placed order at 8pm and flowers were delivered by 5pm the following day.
Product : Although the flowers themselves were well packaged and a very good size, despite taking heed of instructions they only lasted 2days before they became fully open and started to droop. For the amount of money paid for what was a birthday present for my sister I would have expected the flowers to have lasted a good deal longer than they did.

Product : I was in Spain so wanted to send a 'warm' bouquet to my mother for her 85th birthday. Although I didn't see the bouquet, I was told the flowers were as described (although the strelitzia was on the small side) but my mother thought there was too much greenery?!! Apparently when arranged (by my sister), this showed off the flowers to their full effect and they were much admired. However I have learnt a valuable lesson i.e. in future I will select a more standard bouquet for an elderly person.

Service rating : The flowers for my sisters birthday were delivered promptly, I had also tried to order a second display but these needed to be delivered in the morning - the web site did not allow me to do this and the contact via e-mail could not resolve the issue - in the end ordered directly from the florist.
