I’m always skeptical when ordering over the internet, especially when I am in another country. I searched continuosly over the internet for an online flowers company in the UK and after hours of searching, I found Serenata Flowers Limited. I still remained skeptical since I have not done this before - ordering from an online company that is located in another country. So, what did I do? I started an online conversation with a customer representative, Lenaire, using Serenata’s live online help feature. I’m writing to thank you so much for the amazing job you did with the flowers I had sent to my Dad.

I live in Los Angeles, CA and was wanting to send something special to my Dad since he was in the hospital.
My Dad is not easily impressed by most flower arrangements, but he told me had not seen anything like what he received before.
He said all the nurses and passers by would stop and comment on how beautiful they were.
They lasted until the very last day he left, and ended up taking home the vase since it was also so lovely.

It really brightened his time there, and since I am so far away a part of me felt as if I was.

In every way your florist is first class, I am very impressed and very happy, and will be using your services again in the future, and so will my Dad now for that matter!

I notice you have a few testimonials on your site, so I thought I’d tell you about the flowers you recently delivered for me.

I sent them to a friend who works in an almost all female office. They arrived in the afternoon when everyone was sat around the boardroom table having tea. Apparently the receptionist appeared in the doorway with the flowers, which I’m told were beautiful, and slowly walked around the table, with everyone wondering where she was going to stop!
She finally got to my friend and gave them to her, and I’m reliably
informed that she was very surprised, couldn’t imagine who they were from, and went very pink to have this happen so publicly! Perfect. I realise that the timing was just coincidence and couldn’t be guaranteed for future orders, but very enjoyable nonetheless!

The flowers I sent to my daughter the day before she got married, were delivered to her hotel suite, they looked beautiful, she was thrilled with them, beautiful bright pink tulips, great white container. Just fantastic, when the photographer came to do the photos in the room pre wedding even she included them in some of the photos, Thank you so much, fantastic

I would like to thank you for the beautiful cushion flower
arrangement which I ordered for my aunt's funeral on 23 April. My son also ordered a posy arrangement (from San Francisco) We could not attend the funeral and were slightly apprehensive about ordering online, but family members have sent us photographs and the flowers were lovely.
