Teh first two deliveries were received with delight and the third was due for delivery to my mother in hospital. She had a throat infection so they decided not to go ahead with the surgery. But one phone call to Shaun at Serenats, which was professionally and helpfully answered, and the flowers were not wasted but diverted to my mothers home address.
