This order was received by my mother on Friday and she was upset to see how this beautiful arrangement had been mistreated on route! I placed the order from Australia, where I now live and it is always a challenge to be assured that what is delivered is the same as what has been ordered. My mother was more concerned that this may be ocurring without your knowledge and decided to call you. Well, you certainly have got customers for life now as your service department offered to send a replacement. My mother is both thrilled and touched and I’d like to thank you.
