I just wanted to write and say how impressed and pleased I was with the excellent all round service with a recent order I placed with yourselves. In the past when I ordered flowers over the internet I have been bitterly disappointed, as sometimes I get the impression that flower shops online think that the purchaser won`t see the delivered goods and therefore think they can get away with sending poor quality or less flowers than pictured. Yours exceeded expectations and the orchid which my Mum received was stunning.
