Initially, I had put the wrong date for delivery, and after messaging serenata to change it, got a response back 2 minutes later saying it had been done which I was extremely impressed with. My flowers arrived a day late, however they did arrive midday Mother's Day so cannot complain, and I was refunded 15% of my order for the delay which went straight back into my account. Cannot criticise the service as it was exactly what you would want from any business.
I would have rated the company and service as excellent if, for the second time, they had listened to my instructions and left the flowers at the back of my parent's house. This time it would appear the driver did not even ring the bell, as my parents were in. Please read the instructions you ask us to leave.
It was very easy to order online. I even had the option to change my order after placing it (which I did, I amended the wording on the card.) Serenata Flowers kept me informed every step of the way including when the flowers were despatched and delivered. I had used the company before and will definitely use again.
Ordered well in advance - unfortunately I got my dates mixed up and although flowers were delivered on the day they were ordered for I chased a day early. Help I received from Customer Services couldn't have been better or quicker. Very pleased and happy with flowers as I have been in the past. Will use them Again.
Bought the flowers in the evening and they arrived early next morning looking great! I had them sent to a family member and was emailed/texted at every stage so I knew exactly when they had been dispatched and delivered. Great service!
