Product : Sent to very good friends at the last minute. Oh dear! But all was not lost - the beautiful and unusual flowers - their words arrived on time and are still fresh and being much admired.
Service rating : Delivered on time. Great service. Serenata website states that flowers can be left on the doorstep and you can select this option. However the courier told me that he was not allowed to do this. Luckily we were in at the time of delivery but I had selected this option just in case we were not in. The website shouldn’t provide this as an option if the couriers are not allowed to do it.
Product : The lillies lasted ages but the roses only lasted 2 days. The presentation of the bunch overall was gorgeous
Excellent service from Serenta. The only negative is the flowers were left on the recipients doorstep and they could have blown away or been stolen. We were sent a text stating they had been left in a secure place at the front of the house. I dont wish to make a complaint just to make the point that the doorsetp is not, in my view, a secure place.

There was a problem on my behalf that you couldn't deliver the flowers on Christmas Day, which I completely understood, I don't work Christmas Day, it's family time. Your team were very helpful and very sorry to hear about my gran, which I am thankful for and I loved how fast your team responded to my emails, thankyou ever so much again for your service. I have used Serenata Flowers a few times with no problems at all. Unfortunately this time, my delivery failed to appear and when it finally did, the flowers were dead. Happily, Serenata Flowers were extremely gracious in refunding my money and apologising for the error in service.
I will use Serenata again, hopefully with better success.
A Sunday delivery was a good alternative, given that the time period delivery service is not available for flowers required on a Monday. Perhaps that gap in the customer service offering can be improved for people who specifically need their flower order to come in a known period on a Monday?
