This order was initially made on the 10th of October. I recieved the email confirming my order. It was not until the following week that I found out from the person who was supposed to recieve the flowers that they had not arrived. I did not recieve any correspondance that there had been a problem with the delivery. It was only when I called Serenata that I discovered that there was a problem finding the address. I arranged for the flowers to be delivered to an alternate adress, and once again after 5 days I leant that there had been no flowers delivered. Once again I rung Serenata to find that they not been sent at all. I am very disapointed as the flowers did eventually arrive on the 24th. 2 weeks after the order was made. Having said this the customer services was excellent.
Service rating : The website was easy to navigate and to place orders.
A complaint about the delivery service, however: after giving the sender’s and recipient’s telephone numbers as requested on the website, the delivery was left on the doorstep while the recipient was still on her way downstairs to answer the door. If the recipient wasn’t able to answer the door as quickly, or had popped out for a while, the flowers would likely have dissappeared from the doorstep. If telephone numbers aren’t being used in these circumstances, why are they requested?

Service rating : The company itself is very good. I ordered a bunch of flowers and they came when they said they would. Then when I wasnt satisfied with them they re-delivered them the next day. Very good customer service.
Product : There were less flowers in the bunch than appeared in the picture. Also a lot of them had already opened and were dying. Not exactly what I wanted to give my girlfriend on our anniversary.
Service rating : The very best I have ever sent and my sister who received them said they arrived in a perfect condition and the most beautiful bouquet she has ever received .

Pro-tip: Requiring checkbox ticking for feedback is necessary. Written feedback should always be optional. If I need to write stuff in the future, I won't leave any feedback at all. Flower ordering and delivery: very good. Feedback request after delivery: needlessly annoying.
Service rating : Very easy to use site. Videos are a good idea, allowing you to see the whole product and get a sense of size. Delivery man left box upside down though, perhaps need orientation notes on the box.
Product : Still going strong after a week
Service rating : Easy to order, excellent updates by email tracking the delivery and email when it had arrived.
Product : Feed back from recipient was excellent and they were thrilled with the bouquet.
