Red Roses Gift Wrap
Eyes light up and hearts skip a beat wherever this wrap of carmine roses is delivered. Who could they be for? But once the recipient is revealed, only one pair of cheeks will be blushing with delight - although you can bet your bottom dollar that numerous others will be turning green with envy.
The flowers were very nice.BUT the service was the worst ever. I ordered 2 sets of flowers: One set of red roses to Brenda and another set of red roses to Sylvia-with different addresses’.Every time they sent me an e-mail it was nothing to do with the complaint I lodged.They sent one order to Brenda and TWO ORDERS TO SYLVIA AND BILLED ME FOR THE 2 ORDERS TO SYLVIA> I stayed up till 4.am three nights in a row-telling them the mistake- they absolutely ignored me and would write something back that had nothing to do wIth my complaint. The telephone number on the website does not work altho they state its good from the U.S.They gave me 3 code numbers-none of which work-then the tracking number does not work. THEY WOULD NEVER TELL ME HOW MUCH THEY HAD PUT ON MY CREDIT CARD. I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FIND OUT..This is outrageous-they think they can charge your card anything they want-and then not tell you.I told them over and over and over I will pay only for the 2 orders-they totally IGNORED me ’It is LAW that they tell you the amount they put on your card-then give you a conformation number-none of this ever happened.This company should not be allowed to do any business-but should be shut down.I will say for the tenth time I will ONLY pay for One order to Brenda and One order to Sylvia d.d. P.S. Never have I done business on the internet like this with your company. Every other website has been absolutely professional in every way-Your company is a disaster,and doesnt even have the decency to correct it.

Service rating : Turned up on the right day, very well informed about delivery via text and email. Person who delivered the flowers was grumpy so only got a good rating. Product : Only had 11 roses and not the 12 ordered. 1 of the roses was a different type from the other 10 which made it look a strange. Of the 10 roses that were right they were very nice but could have been wrapped better (I’ve ordered roses from many other on-line retailers, they are usually wrapped better)
Service rating : I have used Serenata previously and will continue to do so in the future. Product : The Red Roses were delivered as requested for a lady’s 93rd birthday, in perfect shape. When I spoke to her on the telephone she was thrilled and ecstatic. It made her day! That is not including all the ’Brownie Points’ I picked up.
Service rating : Extremely efficient response to my complaint Product : Paid for a dozen roses, received 4, some red berries, 3 apples and half a Christmas tree....... Still looking for the partridge!!!! On a serious note the response from customer services was great, but very upsetting not to receive what I had ordered especially at Christmas time

I understand the fowers were nice-but with hours and days of my complaining they billed me twice for the one order-I would never do business with this company again.Once they charge your card and its not correct-you can never reach them-they refuse to answer your e mail. They are fraudulent and should not be allowed on the internet.
Only because we weren’t able to enjoy the chocolates as they were poorly handled by the courier company. The box had opened and the chocolates scattered all over the place, the intense weather also melted them.
