Service rating : I live in South Africa and needed to send flowers to a family member who had recently been bereaved. Ordering on a Sunday of a long weekend I was a little apprehensive but had absolutely no reason to be - the flowers were delivered when promised. I was also impressed with being able to track the order. Well done! Product : I had a response from my relatives during the afternoon and they were thrilled with the "beautiful arrangement & card"
I ordered the rose to be sent to my mother on behalf of a livelong friend of the family. I had hoped that it would be delivered during my own visit to my mother’s retirement home, but it had not arrived when I left. I know an extra charge would have been necessary to guarantee an earlier delivery, but it was never the less very late in the day when it arrived and I would have liked to have seen it for myself. The staff have assured me that it is lovely though.
Service rating : Delivery very much less than 24 hours after the order was placed, which is excellent service. Beautiful selection of flowers, but I only wanted a single rose for a particular reason. It was nice to have a choice of 3 colours Product : The rose was sent as a loving thought to my recently bereaved friend. I didn’t expect her to get in touch straight away, in view of the circumstances, so I am assuming that she was pleased.
Service rating : happy with the service as delivery took place within the time frame and I was made aware when it had taken place. Product : I wasn’t slighty unhappy as the vase that came with the rose wasn’t the one shown on the website... Happy with the service but let down on the product.
Service rating : MORE THAN Fabulous! Product : Really good product, my teacher loved it and this definitely made her smile and overwhelmed....we were both overwhelmed by the presentation and the appearance of the single rose and the vase which was included...recommend to anyone- 10 and of 10!

Obviously we didn’t see the rose but the fact that it was in a vase and the friend was delighted, certainly put our minds at rest. It was a pleasant surprise to find that it came in a vase - I don’t think enough of the presentation was made in the advert.

Q. Do the flowers come in a vase?
A. Some of our arrangements do come with a vase included in the price. For those that don't, we display a range of appropriate containers in the 'Special extras' panel of the product page for you to add to your order if you so fancy.
Q. Can I order a vase to go with the flowers?
A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
