Service rating : You should not keep chasing up for feedback. If it didn’t go right then I would have contacted! However, it all went well and will use you again if I need flowers to be sent. I do think your cards are expensive though and I did not use that part of the service, being on a limited income as an OAP Product : I did not see the flower but my friend was delighted and that was good enough for me.

Service rating : xcellent service - easy Web page to use, free postage (it arrived the following day!). First time I’ve used Serenata Flowers and I will definitely use in the future without any hesitation. It was sent to the daughters of an old friend who had just died from brain tumours. It was all awful and the rose looked perfect to send my love. I have no feedback, for obvious reasons but it was just what I wanted to send. Thank you

Everything was as advertised. Delivery on time and such.
Only wish I was able to change the card message before it had left. Even though it was already in production would be much better if there was a way to change the card message up to the point where it actually leaves for delivery.
Service rating : I got a text when it had been delivered which was reassuring after I’ve heard so many mixed reviews Product : I didn’t actually see it but she thought it was special and I should get some good sex out of it... Thank you
