I placed an order before Mother’s day. Unfortunately the tracking service for the delivery company was not available and I was not going to be home for mother’s day so I wanted to make sure my comments about delivering the package to the back of the house whilst I was out had been received by the delivery company. I emailed Serenata customer services and within an hour late Saturday night they confirmed my package would be delivered. The next day, whilst I was out the package had been delivered with a delivery note stating the parcel was delivered to the back. I had a very happy mum who loved her bouquet of flowers.

I would have loved to give the Excellent, but they didn't deliver the flowers at the very day I asked them to. However, they are an amazing and trustable business as I asked for the total refund. I did got it and they also delivered the flowers. They money is back in my credit card in Costa Rica as promised. I bought the flowers from Mexico City. Would totally recommend this people. But, they must do something about the people who email you with tracking, confirmation, etcetera. Too many people for one single and simple operation, I didn't really know who should I email to.
I was very impressed with the efficient service. I was also delighted to find that your flower arrangements were refreshingly well thought out, and not just flowers of one kind stuffed in a bunch! As one of my orders was going to a lady celebrating her 101st Birthday, she is almost blind so flowers with a scent were important, and you had a lovely bouquet with all the strong smelling flowers in it - perfect! I will definitely be using you again very soon, and thank you for your excellent service.

Very good service overall! The only glitch occurred when I needed to change the location of where to leave the flowers (at back of house instead of front.) I received confirmation that the change had been dispatched out to the driver but the flowers were left at the original location anyway. Not a big deal! Overall, I was very happy with the service and would use this company again.
I ordered the flowers quite late the day before mothers day and they arrived very late on mothers day - about 8pm, but my mum was still pleased! I was a little anxious about them arriving, it was my first mothers day as well, and i kept texting her to see if they had arrived yet! I suppose it was my own fault for ordering them so late, but It’s a good service that i managed to get flowers for her at such short notice!
Service rating : Customer Service was excellent cosidering I was unable to order and pay on line. The person on the phone was very polite and assisted me through the order. Product : Flowers were nice but quite small, the card was not put into the flowers which mean’t no one knew who they was from. Luckily the card was eventually found in the box at the church.
Service rating : the process was very good, very easy, good price, good delivery etc Product : The order processing and delivery of the flowers were excellent but unfortunately, my fiancee mentioned the roses included in the flower arrangement had died within 24 hours but the lilies are still going strong...
Service rating : excellent site with extremely clear instructions and sequence for ordering flowers. very specific about pries and various options. I cannot fault it. Product : disapointing quality. some roses were wilting on arrival. the site said they would come in bud form and my wife was disappointed with the quality.
Service rating : Delivery was meant to be on sat but it was delivered on the Sunday... as it was for Mother’s day that was not a problem at all but I was pleased that they had arrived early in the afternoon and not in the evening Product : My mother (who is not easily pleased) said they were a beautiful and impressive bunch of flowers

I sent a bouquet to my sister in law got her 40th birthday, unfortunately the a few of the dropped the petals within hours of delivery. After informing serenata about this and sending photographic proof a replacement boquet was sent and I was informed they were beautiful.
Service rating : was kept informed of progress of order, although unfortunately the card didn’t arrive with flowers, so recipitent didn’t know who they were from. I would however recommend this service Product : I have not personally seen the flowers, but was told they were lovely
