Service rating : Serenata said they would let me know when the flowers were delivered. This did not happen. I did email them to ask where the flowers where left as no one was at home when the courier called. Serenata did not reply to my email. Unknown to me my in laws had gone on holiday the day before the flowers were delivered. Product : My brother in law rang today to thank me for the flowers, he said that although the flowers were still in the original packaging after 9 days, they were in very good condition and that the roses and lilies were just beginning to flower, which was good to hear. I know that this was not Serenata’s problem as they did deliver per my instructions, but did not notify me to say the flowers had been left somewhere and did not reply to my email. So I do feel annoyed with the lack of communication from them. This is the first time I have used Serenata and although I was impressed with what the selection of flowers on offer I feel let down by their lack of communication. If they said that no one was at home I would have been happy to pay for the flowers to be re-delivered. I may use them again if they reply to my grievances posted on here. Thank you.
