Service rating : The CRM system was very impressive and I highly commend you for this. Product : The flowers were dying within 24 hours and I have filed a complaint accordingly.
I was asked to send a photo. But, the system does not allow a photo to be uploaded. Very poor
I am currently seeking a full refund due to the appauling life span on the roses that were sent.

Although i have not yet had a thank you or confirmation of the safe delivery, from my recepient yet, i have to assume that they arrived as you kept me informed, so thank you for that. Also no confirmation that the flowers were beautiful, but again i assume they were. So no problems on your or my part and certainly would go on using your services
