It would have been excellent except I didn't receive any email/text confirmation of my order or of delivery, and so I had to ring my relatives to ask if funeral flowers had arrived.

Service rating : Brilliant, easy and affordable. Good selection. However, was inundated with product emails afterwards which is annoying. I bought flowers for a funeral and was not looking to buy more flowers. Acknowledgement of sale is fine, flooding my inbox with promotions is not.
