The service and information on progress of the order was excellent. The flowers are lovely according to the recipient. After browsing other flower delivery sites I chose SerenataFlowers because it was the only one which could guarantee the colour of the flowers I wanted to be sent. Service rating : Used the company many times. Love the fact you get text. To say delivery has left and arrived.Product : All though I was happy they have not lasted to long. Some of the flowers were dying after only two days

Service rating : Efficient. Good web presentation and delivery notification.Product : The Mother's Day flowers were delivered with several broken heads and the lily was already opened. It was not fresh and looked tired. This is the report I got when telephoning home. My wife (the recipient) said she will call you today in this regard.
