Service rating : I was looking for a last minute gift to be delivered before Christmas and used Serenata as they promised that if the order was placed within a set time limit, it would be delivered on Christmas Eve. I was well within this time limit so went ahead and placed my order. Unfortunately, I received an email on Christmas Eve to say that there had been a problem and that the items would not be delivered until the 27th but that if I was happy to proceed on that basis, I could have my items upgraded. As it was too late to make alternative arrangements, I confirmed that they go ahead. In fairness, Serenata were in regular contact by email once the wheels were in motion, in terms of when the items were dispatched, delivered, etc, but it was disappointing that they were unable to deliver when originally promised.Product : The recipients were delighted with the gift but I'm unsure as to how my original order was upgraded.

My apologies for saying that the flowers to 19 Dedmere Court hadn't been delivered on time - my elderly mother did not hear the door bell and so only found them on the doorstep the next morning.
