Service rating : Brilliant communication all the away through. They keep you informed from the day of ordering, and even let you know when they've been delivered. And prices are very reasonable too! They are my florist from now on!Product : Several days after delivery, Mum texted me to say that her flowers looked as if they had just come out of the garden, they were so fresh! I'll only use Serenata now!

Service rating : The communication between Serenata and me was superb, although I had placed the order well in advance it was delivered on the right day so well done Serenata!Product : I haven't seen the flowers as my sister-in-law lives 70+ miles away so cannot comment on the product.

Service rating : I requested that they deliver to my daughter on Thursday 13th September 2012, but they delivered on Wednesday 12th instead. Although it was not a real problem, it would have meant more to my daughter if they had arrived on her actual birthday.Product : Although I personally have not seen the flowers my daughter said they were beautiful,
