Service rating : Excellent service. The only improvement I could suggest is for a picture of the flowers to be sent to the sender along with the email that says they have been dispatched. It seems a lot of people giving feedback are finding it hard as they never actually got to see the flowers!Product : I didn't get to see the flowers, however, my mum said they were beautiful! They were apparently in very good condition when they arrived too.

The web site was really good - easy to follow and clear. However it did say that if i ordered before 10.30 pm there would be next day delivery. This did not happen, which was a shame. I would still use them again, and recommend to others.

I have used Serenata Flowers 3 times now for colleagues both in the Bristol and Redditch areas.The service is efficient and i love that i get notification when the flowers are delivered. I will be using this site again for sure.
