The texts with updates were useful as I was abroad at the time. However I got a text saying the flowers had left the warehouse around 11pm but the recipent did not receive her flowers until nearly 8pm at night. This is far too late, especially as I had ordered them for an elderly person who was in all day expecting them. I could not stipulate a time but assumed they would be delivered within "normal" working hours from say 9-6pm.

I have not seen the glass vase which were received so can't comment personally. I think that the recipient was pleased and it arrived safely and undamaged, so the packaging must have been good
