Service rating : I was really impressed. I ordered flowers at 8.30pm and they were delivered the next day! Prices were reasonable and I got great updates from the company the whole time, including confirmation of delivery. Service rating : Delighted that I could still have a next day delivery even after 6.00pm and they did arrive as expectedProduct : Unfortunately the roses in the arrangement did not last - one was drooped on arrival and didn't revive even though the stem was cut off, the others failed to open properly and looked rather poorly - I will however use serenta again - as this could just have been a one off problem
