Received a text message at 11.13 in the morning to say that my flowers had left the building and were on route to the recipient. Only received my text that evening at 6.36pm to say the order had been delivered successfully. Which i think was pretty poor considering we got to our hotel at around 3.00pm that day and the flowers were there waiting for my husband when we arrived. So i don't know exactly what time the flowers were delivered. Obviously the updates are not very accurate. I wasn't particularly happy with the 3 roses in the arrangement they were a bit black round the edges didn't look as nice and fresh as i was expecting!! Not sure if i would order from this company again?
