Service rating : The customer service from Serenata was brilliant. My product however wasnt and my excellent rating is for their back office customer service.
Product : my pretty in pink flowers arrived wilted and without many pink flowers unfortunately. I understand that they use different suppliers for each area and substitutions have to be made but a little more pink instead of white was expected. But their follow up customer service was brilliant and managed to sort everyhting out for me. Will still always buy my flowers from them.

Service rating : Same Day delivery arrived in good time. Lots of options on flowers. No problems at all.
Product : Didn't see the flowers.

Service rating : Ordered flowers online on Saturday for delivery Monday. Received email Sunday evening confirming that order put on hold due to error in the address. I telephoned first thing Monday morning to stress importance of delivery, The member of staff was incredibly helpful - changed my order to sameday delivery, refunded the delivery fee and ensured that the address was all correct. Excellent customer service.
Product : Feedback from my Mother was that the flowers were beautiful, still looking nice a week later. Delivery arrived on time.

Service rating : Very good service; I gather that the flowers arrived on the correct date and the recipient was delighted.
Product : Very positive feedback about the flowers - there were so many that two vases had to be used ! I was also told that the scent was wonderful - exactly what I hoped for the recipient :-)

Quality product delivered although delivery charge a little steep in respect of destination being within 1 mile. Would use again however as stated quality product and service!
