Service rating : Information about delivery was good, however the flowers were left on the doorstep and not in a secure place as reported (issue for Yodel rather than Serenata)
Product : Nicely packaged but disappointed with the number of stems for the deluxe package. Four of the heads fell off on removing from the box.
