Service rating : Order placed appx 7pm & confirmation email rec'd later. I then rec'd a text msg next morning @ 6.25am to say order dispatched (This woke me up - I'm afraid this was a bit too early for my liking!). I then rec'd another text msg @ 2.22pm to say order was delivered. So 17hrs in total.
