Service rating : The service and tracking of the product was good, though I was getting texts a day after it had been delivered.
Product : I was very disappointed with the flowers actually embarrassed. The roses were dying and brown on their outer leaves and the rest of the bunch seemed to just be leaves. A week later a few pink flowers came out but over all, really not happy. I wish I had bought flowers from a garage for 1/4 of the price!

To be honest it's a balloon on a stick but I am informed that the quality is fine and it still floats after 4 days.
