I would like to thank you for providing a great service and for delivering such lovely flowers. My mother-in-law, the recipient of the flowers is very pleased and said that they are beautiful. Unfortunately, in the UK, customer service and the customer experience is more often than not, last on the list of priorities, and as a result UK consumers have become pathetically grateful when a business delivers what it has been paid to do. I am delighted to say that serenta flowers has, not only delivered exactly what was ordered, but has done so with great customer service during the process, by keeping me informed, and also by ensuring that the product delivered was of high quality.
