Service rating : I was very pleased to have confirmation of the order and then later to be told that the flowers were on their way. I was told that I would get confirmation of delivery once this had occured, this never happened. According to you the flowers left you on Friday5th April but were not delivered until Tuesday 9th April. I am really concerned that the upgraded bunch of flowers that I assumed would be delivered on Friday were 5 days old by the time that they arrived and therefore couldnot be at their best. Very embarrassing for me as they were a gift to an elderly lady who has been poorly.
Product : As the flowers were not for me I have not seen them. My friend says they were lovely but she would as she would not want to tell me otherwise. I am very concerned that 5 day old flowers are not what I wanted or expected to send.
I would like you to comment to me as to how this happened and what you are going to do about it
I do feel that I have paid over the odds and been taken advantage of as you clearly state that it is next dayservice which I clearly did not receive.

Ordered through a very easy to use website and kept informed every step of the way . Thank-you is not enough ,flowers were sent to a extremely difficult hard to reach location in the middle of nowhere , which no other company would deliver to , flowers arrived on time and fresh at a very very busy time of year (day before mothers day),received an email to say they had been delivered, recipient was over the moon with them , flowers are still going strong nearly 2wks later , would highly recomend and will be using this company for all future orders.
