Service rating : The service is always excellent. I can never fault the great communications and friendly approach. Unique and very welcome in todays somewhat miserable world.
Product : I have been using Serenata flowers for some time. I have always been impressed with the flowers and the service. They have always had that extra something that makes them better than their cheaper supermarket cousins. This time however, the bunch of flowers seemed small, and not up to the usual standard. Admittedly I paid only £20, but I could have had 2 very nice bunches from a supermarket that were bigger and more "fuller". Therefore on this occassion and due to the often exceptional standards, I fear I may now look to the ever increasing quality of supermarket flowers. At half the price and almost double the size of the bunch, for impact, this is a better choice. I don't want to present a bunch of leaves and buds to someone because the wow factor isn't there. The flowers should have open blooms and some ready to open to give longevity. This time around I felt deflated when my fiance opened the box.

Great updates, let you know when yout flowers have left and when they arrive. Didnt see them in person as they were for my gran who lives away from me. Great service and easy to use. Will use again
