Could not access 'track my order' from mobile/tablet site

Booked on line but efficient follow up, updating me on the order's progress.

This was, in my mind, a disgrace. Yes, the card was lovely, but to send it without the message I had written whilst placing my order was farcical. To me this ruined not only the order, but Valentine's Day, especially as I was not given any possibility to correct the error. I did raise this with the Customer Services team, who have given me a refund of 10%. For me, for ruining what is an important day in the calendar, 10% is a meagre sum. For the first time whilst using Serenata Flowers I felt truly let down.

Service rating : Very clear website, excellent next day service.
Product : My mother was delighted with the flowers, I didn't see them personally, but I saw a picture of them, and they did indeed look very impressive. I will certainly use Seranata Flowers again!
