Service rating : The ordering process was simple and straightforward. I was surprised to see that the flowers came all the way from Wednesbury, I assumed they would be sourced from a local florest.
Product : For a bouquet titled "grandissimo", it was pretty modest, I'm glad I didn't order the standard size. I think I would have got better value for money ringing a local florist. Lesson learned, plan ahead and leave time to discuss order with real live people.

The flowers were beautiful. Great service and really quick delivery. Only 1 fault, the door bell was never rung and there was no knock on the door, so they were only found by chance at 9am and they had obviously sat there for a while.
