Excellent service, came when they said they would and the wife is well pleased with them

Service rating : Delivered before midday on a Sunday, so good service there.
Product : For the price, the flowers quantity of flowers was minimal; they didn't even fill a standard vase. I could have got two huge bunches of supermarket flowers for the price I paid for these which is what I think I'll do next time. I even had to apologise to my wife for them, as they didn't reflect what a fantastic mum she's been to our daughter.

Could do with it being a morning or afternoon delivery so a full day isn't wasted. Well packaged, good instructions for flowers.

Service rating : order didnt arrive on time, website gave misleading information. However email communication was good and complaint resolved quickly with a full refund given.

Product : I upgraded to the deluxe bouquet, flowers were for my moms birthday she said they were absolutely beautiful and very unusual.

Service rating : Fantastic ! I placed my order late on the Thurs eve, then 8am fri morn I received a email and text saying that the order is out to be delievered. At 1pm they were delievered - where I recieved another text and email. They were beautiful...my mum was extremely pleased and surprised!!
Product : Fresh flowers, great price, looked lovely and great service! However, on the picture when I placed the order the white tulips where in a green gift bag..when they arrived they were in a pink gift bag...this wouldn't normally bother me as it is a small difference- but the flowers were for my mother and she hates the colour pink( that's why I have to go for white flowers) but she was still very happy with them!
