Service rating : Have no problem with the service, but not happy with the product.
Product : Having spoken with my Mother this week, she informs me that instead of a planter basket, she received an orchid plant! The plant is nice, but not what I ordered. She lives in a small apartment, and I always send a basket because it fits in better with the space she has.
Its the first time I've used this website, and I have no problem with the service, and I know you have no control on what flowers your florist delivers, but it wasn't even close to what was ordered. Thanks, June Chaplin
