Service rating : Not too easy to use the website especially with ordering requiring a mobile no before I could move on - not everyone has a mobile phone. Otherwise - very useful way to send flowers and a good service.
Product : Have not seen the flowers since they were a gift for relatives far away, so cannot comment but the photo on the website looked great. Hope they are as good in real life!
