The Company were good when it came to sorting out a problem and it was resolved to my satisfaction. However, I did not see anything which indicated that an error on my part could only be resolved if I notified them not less than 72 hours before delivery.

Roses do not travel very well especially in boxes that are so big the roses can roll about. Thus some of them were flattened. Apart from that fine.
