First off, make sure your vase is very clean and filled with fresh, lukewarm water mixed with flower nutrients. Next, strip off all leaves that will be below the water level of the vase and cut 2cm off all stems at a slight angle. Place the flowers in the vase, away from direct sunlight, radiators, draughts and fruit. Over the following days, be sure to remove any faded flowers and top up the water regularly.

Dear Serenata Flowers, This was the third time I have ordered with you from Australia, and I am absolutely delighted with your service. The first two deliveries were recieved with delight, the third was due for delievry to my mother in hospital. She had a throat infection so they decided not to go ahead with the surgery..but the flowers were on there way as I had wanted them to great her! One phone call to Shauna at Serenata, which was professionaly and helpfully answered, and the flowers were not wasted but diverted to my Mothers home address.
